Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your Jewellery4all purchase.
If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

This policy applies to all orders placed through our official websites:
jewellery4all.nl, jewellery4all.store, jewellery4all.eu


 

1) Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Because jewellery is a hygiene-sensitive product, only unused and unworn items in their original sealed packaging can be returned.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


 

2) Eligibility Checklist

A return is eligible when:

  • The item was purchased directly from one of our official domains
  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • All protective seals, pouches, tags, or boxes are intact
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • You follow the return procedure described below

Non-returnable items

  • Earrings (hygiene rules)
  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Jewellery missing packaging or with removed tags
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not purchased through an official Jewellery4all domain


 

3) How to Start a Return

Email info@jewellery4all.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • (Optional) A short explanation of the reason

We will reply with:

  • Return instructions
  • Your RMA (Return Authorization Number)
  • The correct return address

Do not send a return without an RMA, as this may delay processing.

4) Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or we made an error:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method
  • Jewellery4all is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returns


 

5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

Non-refundable charges

  • Original shipping costs
  • Customs duties or import fees
  • Shipping upgrades (e.g., express delivery)

Unless legally required, these fees cannot be refunded.


 

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jewellery4all.nl with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

After verification, we will replace or refund the affected item at no extra cost.


 

7) Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as:

  1. You return the unwanted item

  2. Once approved, you receive a refund

  3. You place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest service and availability.


 

8) Cancellations & Order Changes

We ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel or update your order:

If the order has not yet shipped:

  • We can cancel and refund it in full

If it has already shipped:

  • A cancellation is no longer possible
  • You may return the item after delivery following this policy



9) Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • Approved returns may be refunded as store credit

If the gift giver placed the order:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method



10) International Returns

International customers may return eligible items under this policy.

However:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Handling charges

…are your responsibility and non-refundable by Jewellery4all.
